Return Policy
 

If you have a concern about the condition in which your products arrived, please contact us immediately at customercare@surevita.com and we will arrange a return authorization. If boxes are opened or damaged, please retain them until our customer service team speaks with you.

If you wish to return your product because it was over-ordered, ordered in error or otherwise would like to return it, we will issue a return authorization within 30 days of the order date. Please note, however, that we charge a 25% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping for returns that are not due to our errors. For your safety, we do not re-stock returned products. Temperature sensitive items are NON RETURNABLE in all situations.
